You can ask us to delete your data at any time. This page also serves as our data deletion instructions URL for Meta.
Option 1: Email us
Send an email to info.rozcash@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your Instagram handle and the email you used with us. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email.
We'll confirm your request and delete your data, including waitlist details, Instagram data, tokens and uploaded files, within 30 days. We keep only what Indian law requires, such as billing records, and nothing else. When it's done, we'll email you a confirmation.
Option 2: Remove access from Instagram
- Open Instagram and go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. On Facebook, go to Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find CreatorKavach and tap Remove.
- This immediately stops our access. When Meta notifies us, we delete your Instagram data within 30 days. To delete everything else too, also email us as in Option 1.
Waitlist only?
If you only joined the waitlist, emailing us is enough. To also clear the copy saved in your own browser, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
